Precautions For Use

• Installation Precautions: Before installation, check the cylinder body and piston rod for scratches and rust, and ensure the seals are intact. Ensure the cylinder body and piston rod are coaxial, tighten the connecting bolts to the specified torque, and perform a no-load test run after installation to ensure smooth operation without jamming.
• Operation Precautions: After starting, run the system under no-load for 3-5 minutes until the hydraulic oil temperature reaches 40-80℃ before applying load. Operate the handle smoothly, avoiding sudden stops and abrupt operations. Overloading (not exceeding 110% of the rated load) is strictly prohibited.
• Daily Maintenance Precautions: Clean the cylinder body surface daily, and check the piston rod oil film and seals. Change the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank and filter every 500 hours. Regularly check bolts and pipelines, and tighten or replace damaged parts promptly.
