Product Usage Instructions

1. Fit & Install:Choose the matching mounting method (trunnion/flange) per the farm machine interface, and tighten the connectors;
2. Oil Circuit Connection:Connect the agricultural hydraulic cylinder’s oil ports to the hydraulic system hoses of the farm machine, and check the seal;
3. No-Load Debugging:Start the equipment, operate the piston rod to extend/retract 2-3 times without load to exhaust air and confirm smooth movement;
4. Loaded Operation:Operate the control valve per the machine’s function (e.g., plow lifting), avoiding overloading beyond the rated thrust;
5. Maintenance Check:Clean the cylinder after operation, regularly inspect seal wear and hydraulic oil level, and keep dust/water out.
