Smooth Start-up and Stop: Operate the control valve smoothly, avoiding rapid reversals or sudden starts and stops to reduce impact loads on the hydraulic cylinder and system.
Avoid Extreme Off-center Loads: Ensure the load acts along the hydraulic cylinder's axis as much as possible, avoiding excessive lateral forces or eccentric loads to prevent piston rod bending or abnormal seal wear.
Prohibit Overtravel: Ensure the working device's design limits are reliable. Do not allow the hydraulic cylinder piston to extend or retract excessively beyond its mechanical limits to prevent internal impact damage.
1,Regular Inspection: Check the tightness of fixing bolts, for leaks at seals, the condition of the piston rod surface, and the effectiveness of the dust seal.
2,Fluid Management: Strictly adhere to the prescribed cycle for changing hydraulic oil and filters. Maintaining fluid cleanliness is the most critical factor in ensuring the lifespan of the hydraulic cylinder.
3,Unauthorized Disassembly is Strictly Prohibited: In case of malfunction, diagnosis and repair should be performed by qualified personnel. Replacement of the sealing system, in particular, must be carried out in a clean environment.
