Hydraulic External Gear Pump Technical Requirements
1. The gear oil pump assembly shall comply with the specifications of JB/T7041-2006 Hydraulic Gear Oil Pumps.
2. The internal cleanliness of the assembly shall not exceed 40mg.
3. The oil used must be clean. Use L-HM46# hydraulic oil in summer and L-HM32# hydraulic oil in winter. Hydraulic oil that has deteriorated or solidified must not be used and must be replaced immediately.
4. Protective caps shall be installed at the oil inlet and outlet ports.
