Hydraulic Gear Motor Introduction

The HGM-F30R is an externally meshing, fixed-displacement, high-pressure hydraulic gear motor. Its core technology converts the pressure energy of hydraulic oil into mechanical rotational energy. Through the meshing of a pair of precision involute gears, high-pressure oil enters the cavity through the inlet, acting on the gear surface to generate an unbalanced force, forming a tangential driving torque. This drives the gears to rotate continuously and outputs stable torque and speed from the shaft end. Simultaneously, low-pressure oil is discharged from the outlet, and a separate drain port ensures that bearing leakage does not affect the seal. This motor features a simple structure, high starting torque, radial force balance, good low-speed stability, and reversible operation. With a volumetric and mechanical efficiency of 90-95%, it is suitable for engineering machinery, agricultural equipment, and various hydraulic systems requiring medium- to high-pressure torque drive.
