Precautions For Hydraulic Gear Motor

• Proper Installation: Thoroughly clean the oil ports and pipelines before installation to prevent impurities from entering the motor. During installation, ensure the motor shaft is concentric with the load; do not strike the shaft end. Tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque to prevent loosening.
• Pre-Startup Preparation: For first-time startup or after a long period of shutdown, fill the motor housing with clean hydraulic oil (to bleed air) to prevent damage from dry friction. Start at low speed and low pressure, gradually increasing the load.
• Working Pressure and Speed: Do not exceed the rated pressure and maximum speed specified in the product catalog. During prolonged low-speed heavy-load operation, pay attention to heat dissipation to avoid overheating.
• Leakage Oil Piping: Leakage ports must be connected separately back to the oil tank, and the pipeline resistance must not be too high to prevent excessive pressure in the housing from damaging the seal.
• Anti-Reverse Rotation and Shock: Some gear motors have specific rotation direction requirements; confirm this during installation. Avoid sudden loading or unloading to prevent hydraulic shock.
