Precautions for Use

• Pre-installation inspection: Verify the pump housing is free of dents and the oil ports are clean and free of foreign matter; confirm the part number matches the machine serial number; and check the flatness of the mounting surface and the integrity of seals.
• Proper installation: Tighten mounting bolts to OEM torque specifications; ensure proper alignment between the drive shaft and the engine flywheel or coupling to avoid abnormal bearing stress caused by forced installation.
• Fluid requirements: Use hydraulic fluid that meets specifications; thoroughly clean the reservoir, lines, and filter elements during fluid changes to prevent contaminants from entering the pump.
• Initial startup: Fill the pump housing with hydraulic fluid before starting and manually rotate the shaft to ensure there is no binding; run at low speed without load for 5–10 minutes to check for abnormal noise, vibration, or leaks before gradually applying load.
• Routine maintenance: Regularly check hydraulic fluid level, cleanliness, and temperature; replace return filters and suction strainers as prescribed; monitor system pressure and flow, and promptly troubleshoot any abnormalities.
