During installation, ensure precise alignment between the motor shaft and the driven shaft, using a flexible coupling to compensate for possible misalignment. It is imperative to use hydraulic oil with the recommended viscosity and cleanliness level (typically NAS 1638 Class 8-9) and maintain sufficient pressure at the inlet port (approx. 0.8-1.2 bar) to prevent cavitation. Before initial start-up, thoroughly prime and vent the motor through its case drain port. The motor is bi-directional; change the direction of oil flow to reverse rotation. After prolonged shutdown or oil change, run the motor under low load for a period to allow for proper running-in.
This piston motor is widely used in various industrial equipment and mobile machinery that require compact size and continuous, stable operation. Typical applications include: screw drives for plastic injection molding machines, winding mechanisms for textile machinery, travel or swing drives for construction machinery, working device drives for agricultural and forestry machinery (e.g., headers for harvesters), and auxiliary equipment in the steel industry. Its outstanding reliability and broad adaptability make it an ideal choice for converting hydraulic power into steady mechanical rotary motion in hydraulic systems.
