The A6VM series is a swash-plate type variable displacement hydraulic piston motor for closed circuits, renowned for its exceptionally high power density and superior efficiency. With multiple control options (e.g., HD, EP, EZ), it enables precise stepless speed regulation and power adaptation. The robust bearing design and high-pressure capability make it ideal for demanding travel drives and swing mechanisms in construction and mining machinery.

The A6VM series piston motor is an axial piston variable motor with a bent-axis design, engineered for high-performance closed-circuit drives. Its core strengths are exceptional power density and volumetric efficiency, delivering high torque within a compact envelope. The modular through-shaft design allows easy integration of auxiliary pumps. With various controls (e.g., hydraulic HD, electro-proportional EP), it enables precise stepless speed regulation and power adaptation. Robust bearings and housing provide outstanding shock resistance and load capacity, operating at pressures over 450 bar. It is the preferred choice for travel and swing drives in heavy-duty mobile machinery.
The A6VM motor is designed for closed-loop circuits and must be paired with a matched variable pump (e.g., A4VG). Ensure precise shaft alignment during installation and strictly connect ports as specified. Before initial start-up, pre-fill the motor case with clean oil via the case drain port. Integrate a flushing valve and circulate oil at low pressure. Use an independent, finely filtered (10μm recommended) charge pump and maintain oil temperature below 80°C. Never rigidly block the through-drive shaft end; if unused, cover it with a coupling guard.
