1. Clean the pump-valve mounting surface, free of impurities and oil.

3. Connect the pilot oil circuit and supply 3-10bar control pressure. 
4. Start the pump unit without load, bleed air and adjust the neutral screw to zero displacement. 
5. Gradually boost pressure to rated value and verify linear flow regulation performance. 
6. Record the pressure-flow curve and put into operation after parameter verification.
