When the system stops supplying oil, the pipeline ruptures, or the control valve is in the neutral position, the valve core automatically closes under the combined action of spring force and load pressure, tightly sealing the oil inlet and outlet of the cylinder, effectively preventing heavy objects from falling freely or the cylinder from drifting, and ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
A bidirectional hydraulic lock is a hydraulic safety valve composed of two hydraulically controlled check valves operating in opposite directions. It is primarily used to prevent double-acting hydraulic cylinders from accidentally drifting or falling under load, achieving reliable bidirectional position locking and pressure holding functions. 1. Oil: Check color/impurities weekly; change oil every 2000–4000 hours or 1 year (use specified grade, mixing oils is strictly prohibited).
2. Filter: Replace every 1000–2000 hours or when a differential pressure alarm sounds.
3. Seals: Replace original factory seals if there is obvious leakage or annually.
4. Solenoid: Check wiring and measure resistance quarterly; stop immediately if coil overheats.
5. Valve Core Cleaning: Disassemble and clean if stuck (ultrasonic or with a special cleaning agent); replace if severely scratched.
6. Function Verification: After maintenance, pressure, leakage, and switching/response must be tested for normal operation.
Normally, it is packaged in cardboard boxes and then shipped on pallets or wooden crates.
