Hydraulic Gear Pump Introduction

The P75 is an external meshing fixed displacement positive displacement gear pump. Its working principle is based on the counter-rotating of two gears: disengagement on the suction side creates low-pressure oil suction, while re-engagement on the discharge side forces oil discharge through the compression chamber, achieving continuous positive displacement delivery. The pump body adopts a three-section cast iron structure, with the gear shaft supported by needle roller bearings, enhancing its resistance to contamination and radial load-bearing capacity. The core technology is a pressure-balanced thrust side plate, which automatically compensates for end face clearance through hydraulic back pressure, reducing axial leakage while minimizing friction and pulsation. With its combination of heavy-duty cast iron structure, needle roller bearings, and pressure-balanced design, it has become a classic gear pump known for its contamination resistance, impact resistance, and high reliability.
