The hydraulic cylinder of the dump truck operates on Pascal's Law as its core principle. As the actuator of the hydraulic system, it converts hydraulic energy into linear reciprocating mechanical energy. During lifting, the power take-off drives the hydraulic pump to output high-pressure oil, which enters the rodless chamber of the cylinder through the reversing valve. Under sealed isolation, a pressure difference is created, pushing the piston and piston rod to extend. Combined with a check valve to maintain pressure, this achieves stable lifting of the truck bed. During descent, the reversing valve opens, allowing the oil to flow back to the tank. The piston rod retracts under its own weight and load. The cylinder body integrates a buffer and venting structure to avoid impact at the end of the stroke and ensure smooth operation, making it suitable for reliable lifting and lowering control under heavy-duty conditions.
