The A8VO107 pilot pump is a gear-type auxiliary pump (charge pump) matched with the A8VO107 axial piston variable double pump. It is typically integrated into the main pump or used as a standalone replacement part. Through gear meshing, it delivers stable low-pressure pilot oil and charge pressure, providing precise control oil for joysticks, multi-way valves, and other components, while also supplying oil to the main pump, enhancing lubrication and cooling, and effectively preventing cavitation. With its compact structure, excellent interchangeability, low noise, and long service life, this pump is widely used in medium and large excavators, cranes, and other construction machinery equipped with the A8VO107 main pump, serving as a critical component for ensuring sensitive and stable operation of the hydraulic system.
