Precautions for use

• Installation Concentricity and Alignment 

The concentricity error between the motor shaft and drive shaft must not exceed 0.05 mm, and the angular error must be less than 0.5°; otherwise, additional vibration and premature bearing failure will occur.

• Rotation Direction Confirmation

Before starting, be sure to manually confirm that the rotation direction is consistent with the system requirements to avoid reverse rotation, which could lead to system malfunction or damage.

• Avoid Prolonged Idle Operation

Prolonged high-speed idle operation can cause insufficient lubrication inside the motor. It is recommended to appropriately increase the back pressure or reduce the speed when idle.

• Shutdown and Storage

When shutting down or storing for a long period, release the system pressure, clean the exterior, inject rust-preventive oil, seal all ports, and store in a dry and ventilated place.

• Handling Abnormal Situations

If abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, overheating, or performance degradation occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Do not force continued operation.
