Hydraulic piston motor is a high-power-density hydraulic actuator. It converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy via reciprocating pistons in the cylinder. Featuring high working pressure, large torque and good low-speed stability, it suits high-pressure, heavy-load scenarios like heavy construction machinery and ships. With high structural precision, it supports bidirectional rotation and precise speed regulation, serving as a core power-output component in complex hydraulic systems.

Hydraulic piston motors offer high power density, delivering substantial torque within a compact design. They feature high volumetric and mechanical efficiency, minimizing energy loss for economical operation. Excellent low-speed stability enables smooth starting and precise speed control. Robust bearings and optimized porting enhance impact resistance and service life. Their high-pressure capability ensures reliable performance in demanding conditions. Multiple variable control options (displacement, pressure, power) provide an ideal foundation for intelligent and energy-saving systems.
Hydraulic piston motors convert the pressure energy of high-pressure fluid into rotary mechanical energy. Pressurized oil alternately enters multiple circumferentially arranged piston chambers via a port plate (or valve shaft), forcing the pistons outward. The angled force of each piston acts on the inclined surface of a swash plate (or cam ring), generating a tangential component that rotates the cylinder block and output shaft. As the shaft turns, the porting mechanism synchronously switches flow paths, allowing pistons on the return side to retract, thereby producing continuous and smooth rotational torque.
1,Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please send us the complete model number of the product you wish to purchase (design drawings are preferred), and your shipping address. We will then provide you with a quote.
2,Q: What payment methods do you support?
A: We support various method: like T/T, Ali Pay, Wechat, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, and so on.
3,Q: What is the typical working pressure range?
A: Normally 25-40MPa; some high-pressure models can reach over 50MPa.
4,Q: Will "crawling" occur during low-speed operation?
A: No, the piston structure design ensures stable output at low speeds.
5,Q: How is the product performance?
A: Our products are 100% compatible with major well-known brands on the market. They offer excellent value for money, with performance and quality matching the knives in over 95% of cases. You can buy with confidence.
