1. Lightweight: 30%-50% lighter than cast iron pumps, helping to reduce overall equipment weight, improve mobility and fuel efficiency, especially suitable for mobile machinery (such as construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and forklifts).
2. Excellent heat dissipation: Aluminum alloy has high thermal conductivity, enabling rapid heat dissipation and extending pump lifespan, suitable for long-term operation.
3. Good corrosion resistance: Not prone to rust, suitable for humid, mildly corrosive media, or outdoor environments.
4. Compact structure and low cost: Small size, easy to process, relatively low manufacturing cost, and convenient maintenance.
5. High efficiency and low noise: A well-designed oil drain and return groove reduces bearing load and wear, resulting in high volumetric efficiency; some models also have low noise levels.
6. Pressure capacity: Generally up to 250-300 bar, suitable for medium-pressure applications.
1. Oil Must Be Clean
Change the oil regularly (every 1000-2000 hours). Dirty oil is the biggest culprit in damaging aluminum pumps, rapidly wearing down gears and the pump body.
2. Regularly Listen for Sounds and Check Temperature
If there is abnormal noise or the pump body becomes hot (>80℃), stop the machine immediately and check. This may indicate insufficient oil, blockage, or wear.
3. Prevent Leaks
Regularly check the shaft seals and joints. Replace seals immediately if there are leaks.
4. Avoid Dry Running and Overpressure
Before starting, ensure there is oil present. Do not exceed the pump's rated pressure (generally 250-280 bar).
