1. Never start the machine without hydraulic oil or with insufficient oil level. The pilot pump is a self-priming gear pump, but ensure the system is fully filled with oil before the first start.
2. The hydraulic oil must be clean. High-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil with a contamination level no lower than NAS 9 is recommended. Change the hydraulic oil and filter regularly (every 2000 hours is recommended).
3. Avoid prolonged overload operation, as this will accelerate wear on the pilot pump gears and seals.
4. When starting the machine cold, preheat it at low speed under no-load for 5-10 minutes until the oil temperature reaches above 30°C before heavy-load operation. This prevents excessively high oil viscosity at low temperatures from causing cavitation or damage.
Normally, it is packaged in cardboard boxes and then shipped on pallets or wooden crates. Special requirements from customers can be discussed and negotiated.
